Amanda Rassam is delighted and honoured to partner with Fusion of Friendships and host Saturday’s Yin & Pin at her home in Chelsea Quebec for an afternoon of delicious relaxation and receivership. Please note this is a feline friendly home.

Kristin Greenacre

After 5 years teaching elementary school, Kristin discovered acupuncture and fell in love with its elegant philosophy & practice.

SATURDAY - YIN + PIN

This 3-hour experience will be led by Amanda Rassam from The Conscious Couple, designed exclusively for women who are big-hearted, generous, and eager to explore holistic health modalities, deepen their connection to their feminine essence, and forge meaningful connections with like-minded souls.

Through intention setting and ritual, you will witness firsthand how these ancient practices can catalyze profound transformations in your life, helping you cultivate a sense of presence, reverence, and inner sparkle. Our aim is to help you tap into your feminine essence, where true embodiment and empowerment await.

If you are hard of hearing or experience tinnitus, the sound bath can be rather intense. We recommend setting up at the back of the room or informing Amanda beforehand of any possible sensitivities.

Enjoy a globally inspired three-course meal made from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in a private dining room, promises to be a treat for the senses. SUNDAY - FOR THE SAKE OF PLEASURE

A perfect segue following your Saturday Yin + Pin, we will meet in Motel Chelsea Oiseau Bleu private dining room for a unique Brunch n’ Learn.

This 2-hour experience will be led by Amanda Rassam from The Conscious Couple and is designed to shift your relationship to pleasure, so you live a life of deeper joy, bliss, and receivership. Release the stigmas surrounding pleasure and what it means to have what you want. Redefine what success can look like when you shift from ‘masculine doing’ to ‘feminine being’, aka living in alignment with pleasure!

After our delicious brunch and to close out this epic weekend you have the option of joining us at Le Nordik Spa for a multisensory experience in a natural setting. Their 3-step thermotherapy relaxation ritual is a treatment that involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures, followed by a rest period. Based on a 2000-year-old tradition founded in Nordic countries, it offers numerous benefits for your physical and mental well-being. You may also indulge in one of their many wellness service treatments.

OVERNIGHT WEEKEND ESCAPE

Early Bird Investment (before March 8th) $666/PP

Late Bird Investment (before March 20th) $777/PP

Full weekend access includes one overnight stay at Motel Chelsea.

Select from the following list of uniquely inspired vintage rooms where you’ll have access to a 24-Hr. Coffee/Tea Room, bar and lounge, and shop many locally made items in their gift shop. Room selection is on a first-come-first-serve basis. All rooms are standard double occupancy however, a sole occupant may book their own private room. For shared accommodations, one bed to be shared between two occupants, except for the Apartment Suite. Apartment Suite double occupancy (2 People) additional cost $65/PP; additional two occupants (4 People) $70/PP over the package price.

What you will need:

Yoga mat, yoga blocks
Pillow and/or bolster
Water bottle
Blindfold/towel (optional)
Alter offering (optional)
Journal (optional)
Comfy breathable clothes (as you would in a yoga practice), socks, and a blanket. We may have a fire going weather permitting however, Amanda’s house can be drafty. We recommend you layer, so you can comfortably remove clothing as necessary.

Should you select Event Package #1 – Overnight Weekend Escape, your partner is welcome to stay in your suite and enjoy Saturday’s evening entertainment and Sunday’s optional Le Nordik Spa experience. However, the meals, guest speaker, & workshops are reserved for our Fusion Escape Friends.
